Terms & Conditions

We endeavour to accurately describe fruit, including flaws resulting from seasonal conditions. Please read product descriptions carfeully to make sure the fruit will adequately serve your intended purpose.

We also pack fruit appropriately to protect it in transit. However, once the parcels are in the hands of Australia Post, certain aspects are beyond our control.

To improve our service, we are happy to receive feedback about the condition of the fruit when it arrives.

If an item is unavailable when your order is processed, we will either substitute it with a similar item, or contact you to discuss replacement or refund.

The information, advice, and guidance we give is delivered in good faith and, to the best of our knowledge, is sound and accurate.

Given the wide range of variables, and that each situation is unique, we can make no guarantees that the information provided will give the expected results.
