Phone/Skype Consultations

You phone or Sype us, and use your pre-booked time to mine our expertise in whatever area you choose. You can use it to answer specific questions you might have, or to get some general information, for example on renovating old fruit trees you've inherited in a house you've moved into, or deciding where to plant fruit trees in a new garden.

Once you've booked a session, we'll send you an email with:

  1. some booking times for you to choose from
  2. a link to a short questionnaire you need to fill out before your consultation begins. That way you'll get the best possible value out of our time together on the phone.

How long a consultation will you need?

To figure out how long you'll need, allow about 5 - 10 minutes for us to answer a specific question, providing you've filled out your questionnaire and given us some background info before we speak.

If you're looking for more general information , be aware that in our workshops it takes about 1 to 1.5 hrs to provide the theory on a single topic, like pruning, building healthy soil, or grafting, so you're only going to get very basic information on a single topic in 10-15 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. We record all Phone/Skype consultations and store the information for 12 months, in case we need to refer back to it for any reason. But rest assured, our conversation will be private and confidential, and we won't share the information with anyone else without your consent. By booking a Phone/Skype consultation with us, you agree to the conversation being recorded.
  2. While we're happy for you to record the session for your own use, we do not give permission for your recording to be quoted or reproduced without our specific consent.
