We also pack fruit appropriately to protect it in transit. However, once the parcels are in the hands of Australia Post or the courier, certain aspects are beyond our control.

To improve our service, we are happy to receive feedback about the condition of the fruit when it arrives.

AVAILABILITY

If an item is unavailable when your order is processed, we will either substitute it with a similar item, or contact you to discuss replacement or refund.
