News this Week

Hi everybody,

Markets finish this week
This Saturday will be our last market, bringing us to the end of another fruit season. We'd like to thank you all very much for your excellent support at markets, through our website or just by reading our newsletter.

One of the things we love about our business is that we have so much contact with the people who eat the fruit we grow; we feel well supported by our community.

Tree orders start this week
As one door closes, another opens, and we are delighted to announce the launch of our new online sales page, which is up and running.

You can place orders for fruit trees. There is a great range available, including many of the varieties we grow.

The new shop allows easier browsing of products, a more streamlined check-out process and the opportunity to post reviews. Please have a look - we'd love to get your feedback.

All tree orders must be completed by Friday June 15th, and then trees will be available for pick-up at Wesley Hill Market on July 14th, or from the farm on Sunday July 15th. You have 5 weeks to get your tree orders in. The earlier you place your order, the more likely you are to get your trees of choice.

Fruit this week
At market we will have the last of the Pink Lady and Granny Smith apples, as well as Packham and Josephine pears. This is your last chance to stock up, or cook up a big batch of seconds to provide stewed fruit for cold winter nights. With a little organisation and effort, it's pretty easy to provide your family with local fruit all year round.

Stay warm,

Katie and Hugh
