Peaches

Our orchard of 300 peach trees, made up of small plantings of each variety, ensures a steady supply of peaches throughout our stone fruit season, from January through to April. Peaches benefit from being sun-ripened on the tree, allowing their rich, sweet flavour to come through.

T211 Photo not yet available

Another in the series of clingstones developed at Tatura in Victoria in the 1980s. Very similar to T204 but more prolific bearer and slightly darker skin. Best to pick clingstones for bottling when just yellow and quite firm (though not too green or they won’t be sweet enough).

Picking Dates: 15 to 28 Feb
